Overview

  • Manage, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and correspondence in both physical and digital formats
  • Perform accurate data entry, regularly update information in the system/database, and prepare routine administrative reports
  • Manage petty cash for daily operational needs, record transactions, and process invoices or reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Monitor office supply levels (ATK) and maintain a detailed inventory of company assets
  • Support daily operational activities and handle internal administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with other teams/departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and follow established administrative procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Business, Management, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, data entry, or office management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Advanced Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with ERP software or accounting applications (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Jurnal, or similar) is a significant advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team within a dynamic work environment
  • Proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing work priorities effectively
