Deskripsi
- Manage company documents, records, and correspondence in an organized and accurate manner
- Perform data entry and regularly update information in the system/database
- Prepare reports, process invoices, and monitor office supply inventory
- Support daily operational activities and handle internal administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other teams/departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and follow established administrative procedures
Kualifikasi
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Business, Management, or related
fields
• At least 1 year of experience in
administration, data entry, or office management (fresh graduates are welcome
to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and multitasking
skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal and communication
skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently as well as in a
team within a dynamic work environment
• Proactive, disciplined, and capable of
managing work priorities effectively
