• Strong understanding of Linux/Ubuntu server administration, including system hardening, updates, service tuning, and log analysis.
• Experience managing cloud environments or virtualized infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure, VMware).
• Hands-on experience with application management tools such as RunCloud, Plesk, cPanel, and DNS/CDN security platforms such as Cloudflare.
• Familiarity with version control and deployment processes using Git.
• Familiarity with security best practices such as firewall configuration, SSH hardening, intrusion detection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot system performance, network connectivity, and application-level issues.
• Ability to document configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports clearly and systematically.
• Experience collaborating with development or DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
• Proficient in using server monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Bash, Nodejs) for automation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new technologies or security frameworks.
