Conduct application testing before launch (UAT).
Create comprehensive and clear documentation related to product application manuals that are easy for users to understand.
Identify and resolve technical issues during application usage by providing effective and efficient solutions.
Provide training for users on how to use the application correctly and optimally.
Collect feedback from users and relay it to the development team for application improvement.
Process data from various sources to support business decisions and application development.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan
Minimum age of 21 years.
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience.
Skills: Analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and service orientation.
Other specifications:
- In-depth understanding of software testing processes and QA methodologies.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation that is easily understood by non-technical users.
- Strong communication skills to provide training to various types of users.
- Experience in handling and resolving software technical issues.
