Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with brand identity and business objectives (hard-selling and soft-selling approaches).
Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, Google Ads, and external media advertisements.
Oversee and optimize content marketing efforts, including website advertisements, social media promotions, and learning supplements, ensuring consistency in messaging and engagement.
Collaborate with designers to maintain high-quality visuals and messaging.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, improve strategies, and enhance digital marketing performance.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and paid advertising platforms.
Generate reports on campaign progress, effectiveness, and ROI for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan
Maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields (Fresh Graduates Welcome!).
Experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management is preferred.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
Good design sense and basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to collaborate effectively with designers.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for optimization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop engaging content strategies.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
