Manage a portfolio of transfer pricing engagements, including preparation of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking study, and providing strategic support during tax controversies.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance, reviewing their work.
Review and finalize transfer pricing reports, financial analyses, and schedules prepared by the team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Providing the transfer pricing leader with regular progress updates on engagements.
Perform work related to tax training services, including acting as an assistant trainer and/or trainer.
Write articles and content related to transfer pricing to be published in Ortax tax community media and other media.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services
Kualifikasi pekerjaan
Minimum two years of relevant working experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a leading tax consulting firm.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Taxation, Fiscal, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business from a reputable university.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian transfer pricing regulations, the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and complex transfer pricing methodologies.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Advanced research, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
